Papa Johns Traverse City is a local pizza restaurant that generally provides good customer service and delicious food. The staff work hard to ensure orders are accurate, and they are willing to make amends for any mistakes, such as replacing an accidentally screwed up delivery order and providing a free Pepsi. However, recent changes in ownership have led to the removal of some popular promotional deals, which has made the restaurant less affordable for regular customers. Overall, the restaurant offers a satisfactory dining experience, with tasty pizzas and attentive staff, though the loss of certain deals may impact its affordability for some customers.
