This place will hang up on you for wanting to check a gift card balance. Very rude and disrespectful service. I don't know who it was that took the call, but it was a guys voice around 4:38 pm on May 27th. If you can't do your job then maybe you shouldn't be employed. Hope you learn to be a better person. What a waste of human flesh.

Over the past several years, on the way to work (night shift), and about every other week I order online a Gargantuan. And only the Gargantuan for the hugeness and awesome meats in this thing. Tonight, I picked it up headed to work and discovered it absolutely had NO MEAT! I received a $25+ lettuce, tomato & onion sandwich for my 12+hr shift tonight! Called them up and Mitchell made my order up and delivered it to me on his way home after his shift. He said he needed to get a couple new people re-trained since it happened TWICE today. I don’t think re-training is the only thing that will resolve this issue. A sandwich called the Giant JJ Gargantuan with a price of $22.25 does not require critical thinking skills, just a little bit of basic thinking once you’ve created a skimpy sandwich and not ask, “hey guys, this can’t be right…right?”. “Screw it, ain’t my money or my dinner. Hell ya, got a tip on that order, too!” If that tip was shared, fine. But, who ever made that Giant Gargantuan and just didn’t care needs to start caring about the community they serve. Although I won’t be able to eat till about 3-4am amidst of servicing patients and other healthcare colleagues, my my mind and wellbeing to do so carefully, safely and with care is dependent on that damn Gargantuan! Mitchell, get that kid’s tip, have them understand the importance of what they do for who they do it for.

Seems 99% of the time something is forgotten on the order, which would be fine if they actually honored the "we'll add one for free the next time".

Worst Jimmy John's I've ever seen. They never deliver to the correct apartment and give so much sass if you call to rectify the situation. The last time they 'fixed' my order and delivered it to the correct place, they took out their frustration on my poor sandwich. I had to throw it away because it was so disgusting.

Love the food, but every time I order weather it's delivery or if I stop in the store I tell them no tomato and there is always tomato! I dont get it! The guy that hands me my food at the store will say " such and such with no tomato ", I always tell them, "yup, that's me!" To only find out when I get home, there is tomato, it really ruins the enjoyment of the food when something is put on that I requested not to be put on. How hard is it when on my order receipt, it says no tomato?
You can't skip the tip option when paying, then they make you type out the dollar amount, no simple button to add a dollar or two tip. It's not even a tipping business model and it never was until a year ago, now you can't skip it. It's your job as a business to pay your employees, not mine. Mine as a customer is supposed to be to buy meal and enjoy the meal, which I am not after spending 10 minutes at the register doing your payroll for you. Business' like this are ruining the country.
