Stopped in for a turkey tom and was in and out in under 3 minutes! The staff was friendly and welcoming, the bread was fresh, and everything tasted amazing.

Update as of 8/8: So I'm updating this review because the manager reached out and gave a credit and was super helpful. My beef is now exclusively with Doordash who refused to correct this even though they were the only ones who could. Like I said, mistakes happen and if I hadn't been having a pretty crappy day already, I would've found the situation pretty funny lol I appreciate the quick response from JJs! I'll be ordering through the app or by phone in future!
Original review: They forgot the bacon in my BLT... One of 3 named ingredients in the entire damn sandwich and they forgot it lol I understand mistakes happen but when I tried to resolve this with Doordash, I was only given back half the amount of the $20 GIANT BLT minus the B. The restaurant just said to work with Doordash so now I'm out $10 because someone else screwed up?
Also added things to my chicken caesar wrap that I didn't ask for. Just a mess overall. Won't be ordering this way again, for sure.

I just visited this location as I was on my lunch break, and I encountered a gentleman called Joe. He was extremely friendly and provided me with amazing service!! That is so hard to find these days and I don’t write reviews very often, but he definitely deserved recognition, so, thank you, Joe!!

Took over an hour for one sandwich. Not freaky fast. Thrown together and left on the ground when delivered. Order isn’t even correct. Don’t waste your time with this store and use the south airport location instead. Worse than subway!

The manager with the hair sticking up everywhere was very rude. We came in the get a door dash and they just left the bag of food behind the register. While we were waiting for them to bring out the order all 4 were sitting on their phones not saying anything. We had to fill the pop and their machine was off.

One of the best kept secrets in the entire fast food world are Jimmy John's unwich sandwiches. Instead of bread. They're wrapped in super crispy cold lettuce. You can get any sandwich you want as an unwich. I do the turkey Tom with extra vegetables and cheese. OMG you will call me and thank me! Delivery is longer than normal these days. I always go in and pick it up which takes less than 2 minutes.
