Took over an hour for one sandwich. Not freaky fast. Thrown together and left on the ground when delivered. Order isn’t even correct. Don’t waste your time with this store and use the south airport location instead. Worse than subway!

The manager with the hair sticking up everywhere was very rude. We came in the get a door dash and they just left the bag of food behind the register. While we were waiting for them to bring out the order all 4 were sitting on their phones not saying anything. We had to fill the pop and their machine was off.
Always quick and tasty with Jimmy John's, workers are nice and do their jobs well.

One of the best kept secrets in the entire fast food world are Jimmy John's unwich sandwiches. Instead of bread. They're wrapped in super crispy cold lettuce. You can get any sandwich you want as an unwich. I do the turkey Tom with extra vegetables and cheese. OMG you will call me and thank me! Delivery is longer than normal these days. I always go in and pick it up which takes less than 2 minutes.

The most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered. They were not able to meet the deadline for pickup, I was told 2 more hours. Walked outside, secured similiar order elsewhere, came back in for a refund. Was then told the order was almost finished. Asked for a refund regardless, a man attempted to come at me from behind the counter, woman cried and threw the refund receipt at me.
Friendly spacious atmosphere lots of seating...Food was exceptional,fast service and knowledgeable about the menu would highly recommend for a stop off for lunch or a quick dinner lots to choose from!!

Highly recommend ordering from another location.Ordered a single sandwich and chips at 2:00pm on a Wednesday. My sandwich didn’t arrive until 3:00pm.Freaky fast delivery, is more like freaky non-existent delivery. Unfortunately I had already made myself lunch by the time it arrived so I had to stick it in my fridge.Don’t get me wrong, the food will be fine, but just be honest with customer if they won’t get a sandwich for an hour. Many of us will appropriately pick something else.
