I say slow service but it was way beyond that. I am an Uber Eats Driver. I went thru the drive-thru because your lobby is closed. After 7 mins of waiting, I got to the window. I was asked to pull around to the front door. I waited for another 36 mins. No exaggeration, I checked the time when I pulled in and when I drove around. I called at 20 mins and again at 30 mins. Both times I was told it would be right out. A guy walked up and called and got his food during the time...read full review
