I go into pick a pizza up. That I ordered through the app. It said it was in the portal and ready to be picked up. I go in. I'm being ignored. Finally, somebody comes to the counter and while I'm trying to talk to her about my order. It just points at the screen and tells me to scan the code and totally walks away. That wasn't even my order, my orders. Nowhere to be found highly. Don't recommend going here

Couldn't check my gift card balance..? 1 thing I noticed while visiting, the cashier wasn't asking for customers names when taking orders of multiple groups...then just calling out what the food was when it was ready... Taking names will help with errors when people are trying to receive their food.

The card machine has not worked for gift cards for 2 years since I moved up here. They manually enter it sometimes, but this time the young man who was working didn’t know how. He put no effort into finding out, and when I asked for a manager to help show him, he said there is no way in the system to do it. When I know there is, because for the last two years I have had to have them enter in gift cards. At this point put some effort into getting your machine fixed. If you have gift cards don’t go to this location, spend them at the one by Meijer they actually work at that location. On top of that I was charged for something I didn’t order, the young man said he refunded me, and he did not.
Exactly like you would expect, cheap pizza done quick. Hits the points i need in a pinch. Is there better pizza? Yes but it gets it done
