Little Caesars Pizza

Where is management for quality control? Every pizza I’ve gotten the past 3 months is paper thin.
I think this location needs a training event to learn how to correctly proof and stretch pizza dough!
And how am I always waiting for a hot and ready. How do you not have 10 pies in the oven at 5pm on a Friday?

Some of the best LC Pizza I’ve had in a long time… the stores near me don’t even bother trying to make a decent pizza anymore. Staff could’ve been a little friendlier, felt like I was bothering the counter worker just by being there. Store front seemed clean and well laid out.

What is the point of placing an order on app. Placed an hour before needing it, and it hadn't even been started when it was my pickup time.

First things first - it’s a Little Caesar’s so I’m not rating this as if it’s anything else. So in comparison to every other Little Caesar’s…

…this was a poor experience. Very apathetic sort of service, not super clean. I’m not itching to go back.

Dietary restrictions: It’s pizza ! If you’re gluten or dairy-free, keep moving.

Took over an hour to get my food when I ordered it 45 min before it was to be delivered, then they lied to me saying it was in the warmer, which it was not.

I was told my pizza would be ready in 20 to 25 minutes... came in when it was supposed to be ready to pay and be told it's c9m8ng out the oven. I asked again after 15 minutes, worker fakely looks it's coming out the oven. Ask again 10 minutes later same thing. Then the guy goes on break and switches with anther guy at the counter. I hear the workers mention this pizza is for Scott.... just waiting on crazy bread... I watch it sit there for another 15 minutes while the off crazy bread for other orders then finally 50 minutes after waiting there they say it's ready. I mention I hope my pizza isn't cold and he states "it just came out of a 500 degree oven" I told him that actually I had stared at the exact box he had just picked up sitting there for close to 20 minutes. He said no it just came out. I can understand if something is taking longer... things happend but they should at least be honest and not lie to you. I was also waiting with my 8 year old daughter this whole time! Ridiculous

After placing an order 2 hours earlier on the app for pickup we arrived at the pickup time only to find that that haven’t even made our order yet. We had to wait an additional 30 minute for our food that was scheduled for pick up at 6:30
Not even an apology.

It was our first time ordering here. I called and placed my order for a deep dish pepperoni and Italian cheese bread. The girl I placed my order with must have been new or very confused. I repeated my order to her 3x's. She kept trying to give me a classic pepperoni and crazy bread. I got to the store and told the counter guy what my order was, a deep dish pepperoni and Italian cheese bread. He said it would be a little wait. I told him I didn't mind waiting. I waited about 10 or so minutes, then he hands me my pizza and then he said let me get your Italian cheese bread. I took the pizza and cheese bread home. When I got home and opened it up. They gave me a classic pepperoni and crazy bread. I was to tired to go back and no one answered the phone when I tried to call. So we ate the pizza and crazy bread. The pizza was good, but the crazy bread not so much. I'm giving this store a 3 because I didn't get what I ordered no matter how many times I repeated my order. It was my first time ordering little Caesars and I don't know if I'll order there again.

The food here is good. If you are not ordering a regular hotn & ready with pepperoni, you might want to call in an order or order it on the app because they normally don't have anything else ready....but this means you get your pizza fresh. They have good service here, but removed all tables and chairs to eat inside so that is not possible now. I'm not sure why they removed the little dining area but that was a cool thing to have. Other than that, it's a great place!

I went up to clerk and told him that his worker was not wearing any gloves while placing chicken wings to heat up in a pan and didn't offer any type of replacement or any apologies either. This is poor excuse when a customer says something about it and gets ignored. Watch what you get out there public beware.

Ordered in the morning and have ordered in the afternoon and when I go pick it up I have to wait 20-30 min. I ordered hours in advance Going to start going elsewhere .
