Walked in at 430 on a Thursday & I was immediately greeted by the sweetest guy behind the counter. He was quick to take my order, get it out of the warmer and finish the transaction. Everything smelled and looked great.

Awful location. Reached out to corporate. They told me the owner would reach out. That never happened. They skim on cheese and substitute it with more sauce. Staff is really picky about substituting sauce in crazy bread. No other location is like that. I've had other locations offer to do that without even asking.

Came to pick up my order and left my phone/wallet behind I grabbed a 2l from the cooler, but didnāt see it on my order so I asked Marcus if I had missed it when I ordered off the app.
He confirmed it wasnāt on my order, I went to put the drink back and explained we can skip it I donāt have my phone or wallet to payā¦he insisted on paying out of his own pocket and said āItās no big deal I do this all the timeā

Loving in NP I don't offer from here often. In the past, no issues.
Today I ordered ahead of time and put a pickup time approximately one hour and fifteen minutes from time of order.
Order wasn't even put in the oven till fifteen minutes past the pickup time and the order was ready 30 minutes past pickup time.
It is a Friday night but still agitating. As always, food was great. Gotta love the pretzel pizza!

Where is management for quality control? Every pizza Iāve gotten the past 3 months is paper thin.
I think this location needs a training event to learn how to correctly proof and stretch pizza dough!
And how am I always waiting for a hot and ready. How do you not have 10 pies in the oven at 5pm on a Friday?

Some of the best LC Pizza Iāve had in a long timeā¦ the stores near me donāt even bother trying to make a decent pizza anymore. Staff couldāve been a little friendlier, felt like I was bothering the counter worker just by being there. Store front seemed clean and well laid out.
