Sat in the drive thru 15 minutes, nobody spoke. 6 cars drove away. Pulled up to the window for my mobile order and was told they couldn't help me, I had to park and go in to get my order. Will not come back. They have no idea what they are doing.

Went through the drive thru as I hitting the road to head south. Gal at the food window swung the bag to the customer in front of.me and then when it was my turn, she swung the bag to me. After on 31 South the fries were all over the both of the bag and cold. Chicken nuggets were.cold and.looked like they were from the day before. Guy who took my order was very polite and professional. There were 4 vehicles total when I went through, so not swamped.

Regrettably, others are right. This location was very dirty when I visited for breakfast at 9am. The bathroom was yucky and instead of dining in like I intended, I took my order to go. The service was decent, although I ordered on the kiosk. Food was good and hot. Just need to the clean the joint up. Was pretty disappointed by the condition of this restaurant.

Felt like I needed a hazmat suit stepping into this place. Sticky everywhere, filthy, and falling apart. Feces splashed and dripped all over the bathroom wall. Easy to tell the bathroom and the restaurant are not ever getting cleaned, let alone maintained, like they need to be. You can’t just remodel a building and then let it go to crap, unless you wanna end up like this place.

This was the nastiest McDonalds I have ever seen. Came here at almost 4pm for dinner for the play place and everything in the kids area was NASTY. Thr floor was coated in fries, trash and sticky residue. Even the play place looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a while. Even the main floor of the entire restaurant was coated in sauce and drink. The restaurant itself smelled stale. The food is what you would expect it to be, it's not any worse or better than any other mcdonald's. I didn't see many staff workers which led to slower service and is probably the reason it was so filthy. But as far as standards from McDonald's, this one was not hitting many marks.

No cheese on my 2 sausage McMuffins, neither one. Menu lists cheese....if you are going to serve a dry English muffin and sausage, say so and reduce the price. I'm giving up on you. Don't blame on your HIGHLY PAID WORKERS.
