We grabbed some ice cream at Milk & Honey after dinner. Our friends and I all ordered Moose Tracks which fell short on taste. It was peanut butter ice cream with sauce and it lacked flavor. The service was fine although they mixed up our order at first but not a big deal as we caught it before everyone grabbed it. The atmosphere was okay, our table was dirty but there were only two people working so it was hard for them to get out from the counter.

Busy, busy place, but they got everyone through super quickly!! The line was to the door, but we didn't wait more than four minutes to put our order in.A great place for those who are lactose intolerant! Many flavors to choose from, and staff is great! They offer shakes, lattes, and the "non ice cream" ice cream. I'm not sure what it is really. Our family of 5 got a variety of items, and we all enjoyed our selections. Our total came to about $35. We could have sat inside the shop, but chose to sit outside because it was a beautiful night!

"Coldstone" style ice cream . Nice mix ins, just a little more expensive than I expected after looking at the menu. Two smalls was over $14. Aaaand my girlfriend felt sick after, makes me wonder if their told tools were clean--saw them clean the mixing paddles with a brush in between customers but it wasn't the cleanest looking one Should have just gotten Hudsonville ice cream from Meijer.
My husband and I go here whenever we are in town. We have even gone an entire week straight for our honeymoon. This is by far my favorite place to go. I am always welcome with smiles and great attitude. The girl who works here with long brown hair is especially friendly. I also get the honey lavender with cinnamon, pink salt, and Graham crackers and my husband always mixes it up. I've also had their Mumbai vegan ice cream which is also very good. This place always brings me such joy :)! I've been going here for years and have never disappointed.

I ordered a large ice cream cake for my sons birthday and it tasted like it had been sitting in their freezer for quite a few months. The cake base was dry and had an almost smoky taste to it and the moose tracks ice cream was mediocre at best. No one liked the cake and for the price, I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere for a better ice cream cake. Super disappointed!

The young man working night shift on Friday the 25th of November is the model employee. Truly the example of how a service worker goes above and beyond for customers. Please give him a raise and a bonus, most businesses would pay thousands for a man worth half of his character.

Came in late tonight (11/24) and the young gentleman closing was an absolute paragon of customer service, respect, and human decency. He absolutely needs to be paid to the maximum allowable by the company and should be looked up to by employees throughout the nation.

Milk & Honey always has wonderful ice cream! You can make your own by choosing your flavor of ice cream, sorbet, or gelato and mix ins or order from their menu. They have your typical ice cream flavors as well as unique ones like honey lavender. Last time I got ice cream, Zane was working and was fantastic. He was very personable, kind, and gave my husband and I really great flavor recommendations. If you are in downtown TC, I'd definitely recommend stopping by.Dietary restrictions: Milk and Honey has vegan ice cream and I've gone with vegan friends before who were happy with their selection and choices.
