I went to Minerva’s at the Park Place Hotel recently, and honestly, I had a nice time. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the service was great—everyone was friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience feel good.

The food itself wasn’t bad, but I did feel like it could’ve used a little more seasoning to really make it pop. Nothing was wrong with it, just a little on the plain side for my taste.

Sarah was my Bar tender! Not only was she spot on with drink refills.. but had great suggestions and was a pleasure to talk to. This place is a little hidden gem to duck into a grab a drink and a bite!

The fruit served as a side to the Ruben I ordered was still FROZEN in the bowl, a few pieces on top were maybe fresh for appearance but the pineapple and melons were frozen solid. A lot to charge for frozen fruit side.
