Service and setting outstanding. Steak cuts were awesome. Shortfall was the cooking. Ordered my 24oz porter medium rare with a sear… came out with grill marks, not a sear, almost George Foreman looking. Wife had the prime rib 16 oz. Both were ordered and to the table in less than 5 minutes…we eat carnivore 365. I grill daily. The chief really needs a lesson on reverse searing, butter drenching ect.
