This is a great place to take the whole family. The atmosphere is wonderful anytime of year. If it’s your actual birthday, you have to show proof, you get that % off. If you make to 100 you’d ice cream is free. The cows next to shop are used to make the ice cream. There are many flavors to choose from. The best part is the home made waffle cone. Quite possibly this is the best ice cream we've ever had. I had praline & cream and my husband had butter pecan and both of us loved them. We both remarked how many pecans there were. Everyone was super nice. The grounds are beautiful and their cows looked so content. That's probably why the ice cream is so good. We're from down state, but we certainly will visit the next time we're in TC. Fabulous place!!
Just a small trip out of Traverse City and well worth it. It was my wife's birthday and she wanted ice cream so Moomers (from reviews) was the go to spot. Boy were the reviews right. The ladies that took our orders were friendly and helpful. They answered my wife's questions about some of the some of the flavors.
