Based on the reviews, Dojo Sushi is a hidden gem and a true hole in the wall located inside the culinary campus. It is a little off the beaten path but worth the trip. The restaurant has a limited amount of dine in space, including an eight seat sushi bar, and also does a good take out business. The food is incredibly clean and tastes so fresh, with high quality ingredients. The miso soup is a must and stellar. The Philadelphia Roll was described as perhaps the best ever, and the wasabi tuna was next level. The nigiri flight was excellent, especially the tuna. Everything feels well balanced and thoughtfully prepared, with generous portions. The service is amazing, with very knowledgeable, patient, and kind staff who are happy to answer questions. Prices are more than affordable given the high quality. This is the best sushi in town and a place to recommend to anyone, even people who think they do not like sushi.
