“Visiting Traverse City this weekend with my husband for his birthday weekend Saigon.Red Ginger, what an experience. Sarah our server is more than just a server. She treat us like we were family. If you are visiting the area you must hit this restaurants from the atmosphere, to the welcoming Spirit at the door to the last bite was amazing. Keep up the wonderful culture.“
“Great atmosphere and service. The food was good, but not anything special. My 8 year old thought it was amazing because of all the 'tricks' they did while cooking and while there was 5 bdays. I will definitely recommend this place for sure. The price was high, but so is everywhere else these days.“
“2 pm on a Monday. I got the Philly roll, sub shrimp for crab. The shrimp was fried. Honestly such a solid substitute (thanks Maria). The roll was an 8.5/10. It hit the spot.Maria was my server. She was super nice, and ONNN IT. I was slamming waters and she had them refilled before I could even get to the bottom (seems like a small thing, but anticipating needs is what makes a great experience from a great server - most places take forever to refill waters).I was kind of in a rush, never said I was or thought I made it apparent, but she acutely picked up on the vibe and got my food so fast, and brought the check in perfect timing. The place had a really cool vibe and a lot of natural light. Solid choice!“
“Hot tea is lovely. High quality ingredients, small local business, passionate chefs and staff, all very kind. For TC, this sushi is great, and it's so nice to have them here. One thing I hope one day they might add to their menu is tempura sweet potato roll!Parking: Kind of tucked away up in the old elementary school. Turn left at the side door entrance.Kid-friendliness: Kids will like being able to watch the rolls being made, and they'll like the colorful prints inside.Wheelchair accessibility: All flat, no stairs, handicap parking“
