This Olive Garden was exceptional. We live downstate, and to us this was just a convenient place next to Great Wolf Lodge. Chain restaurants often have similar patterns and menus and you know what to expect.
The level of service we received from our server Jeannie was amazing. She was very efficient, so kind, great sense of humor and she just cared. She was not just going through the motions and it was refreshing.

I had a great experience at Olive Garden doing take out, Caidence was extremely helpful in the ordering process pointing me to her favorites and being very kind and friendly, definitely recommend the traverse city Olive Garden delicious food and great staff!

Today, after an appointment at the Cancer Center, my wheelchair-bound mother and I stopped in for dinner. Unfortunately, our experience started on a disappointing note. The entrance doors are large and heavy, and while several employees were standing near the host stand, no one bothered to open or hold the doors for us or even acknowledge our arrival....
