The service was great. The food was excellent. The manager even came over to see how we were doing and chatted with us. We wish there was a Panera closer to where we live because it's always so cozy to get a bite to eat and some pastries to take home.
Tons to choose from and always good

The lack of competence is astounding. In recent years, the quality of service has gotten progressively worse.
Today, we ordered two bread bowls and only received one. The drinks (which had those lids intended for straw insertion) did not come with straws. We waited 30 more minutes than what was projected.
Just to note, the employees can be heard having endless conversations in the back... which probably factors in with the lackadaisical performance.

Had to dispute a charge with my bank because I had to call and cancel an order that I was no longer able to pick up and requested a refund. I was told they would do that for me but I never got my refund even though I never picked up my food and they told me that they would issue a refund for me. Not happy they stole my money
My husband and I always enjoy French Onion soup..we each ordered a bowl today for $8.99 each..we have never had F.O. soup like it was!!! There was no cheese or croutons on it. I had to ask if it WAS F.O. soup answer was yes..so I asked where are the toppings that make it F.O. soup..they gave us a sprinkle of cheese and a few croutons..not heated to melt the cheese and croutons together..it was 100% disappointing..also our 'ROASTED TURKEY' sandwiches looked like deli meat..our bill was $50.62 and far from worth it..it will be some time before we think about stopping here for lunch..very sad!!!!

This was drive thru so atmosphere was not really rated. The food was ok but just, greasy and not memorable. What was memorable was the wait, about 20 plus minutes at a drive thru window until someone came, no acknowledgement before that, nothing. We were wondering if we were at the right window but there wasn’t any other place to go. Not the first time experience you want to have.

Below average for this chain. Glum workers. Garden caprese sandwich: no arugala, for the basil had to go to prep area to ask for it.

First off no one does perfect. But I've always been satisfied of the food
The hot chocolate was horrible; even after getting our 3rd cup it still didn't taste like chocolate!!!

Tried the caprese sandwich and it was fresh and tasty. Husband had the chipotle avocado sandwich. Very flavorful and filling. Got the bacon Mac and cheese. Not worth the upcharge for bacon. Just get the Mac and cheese because it's really good. Chocolate croissant was stale. The tropical green smoothie was fantastic and easy to drink through a straw. The iced mocha was watered down coffee with hardly any chocolate syrup. Their signature hot chocolate was honestly trash. Just warm milk tinted brown. Apparently not putting enough chocolate is their thing. Speaking of not adding things, it also didn't come with the whipped cream. I did ask if it could get a bit more chocolate, but they said I would have to buy a whole other hot chocolate. The inside was not dirty just worn down from age. If I go again, I would just get food and smoothies. Hot chocolate, coffee, and pastries are not worth the money we spent.

Bagel slightly burnt, cream cheese thin and watery, service was slow. Place was dirty (crumbs and items on floor and were there early in morning). Will support local moving forward.

Nothing better when you're out and not feeling good to grab a cup of the chicken noodle soup from Panera!
