Mold all over the ceilings. So gross don't waste your money
Rooms: Mold on the ceiling in both rooms I looked at

Front desk staff was kind.
We originally booked a standard 1 bed room and had to switch rooms due to the loud noise coming from the toilet constantly running every 2-4 minutes.
We upgraded to the hot tub room, which was definitely not worth the price….
Rooms are old and dated, you can hear everything. The heater was loud, making it hard to sleep and the wind didn’t help. Snow came in through the balcony slider door while it was closed and locked.
The beds were decently comfortable, and the shower was nice. This is not a good place to go if you are looking to get a good night sleep…

Nice place with a slightly outdated feel, but the pool was great! Had a relaxing time and would definitely consider staying again.

Room was clean but slightly dated. Shower was GREAT and very relaxing. The decorative fireplace didn't put out hardly any heat but is more for ambience. The wall unit provided all of the heat for the room. Jacuzzi was large and comfortable. The TV only has antenna channels which was kind of disappointing as those available channels kind of suck. The only major complaint I had was that the room was probably in the 50s temp when we got there. We had to turn on the furnace and fireplace and leave for a few hours to come back to a warm room. I only saw someone at the front desk once our whole time there as well. Luckily, we didn't need anything and had food delivered from another restaurant.

Just close enough to downtown. Comfortable, clean and quiet!
Food and drinks: Hotel bar offers food and drinks.

Some of the reviews share disastrous events but my experience so far has been anything but that. Amazing service, hospitality, location and everything in between!
This is nowhere close to being a 2-star but not good enough to be a 4-star. This resort doesn't have a gym or free breakfast, but really good rooms, amenities, refrigerator, microwave, and a small porch with a chair. The corridors, ceilings, floors, doors, and windows have been spotless.
I have been in 2-star hotels and this is anything but that! A must visit.

This is a nice hotel with great, friendly staff. The beach views are absolutely incredible & the rooms are clean and cozy. I loved the bathroom- they are an excellent size, especially the shower. The only thing I’d change is that you pay quite a bit and they don’t offer a free breakfast, you have to pay $10.99, which is a great price for an all you can eat buffet, but it would be nice to have a free breakfast with how much you pay. I’d also improve the balconies as they are a bit dated and don’t match the updated vibe of the hotel.

It was a very nice stay, I loved the room with a view of the beach. Sat on the balcony, then went out to the beach, a bit cold but nice.

Just tried to make a reservation with Josh. He ended up hanging up on me when I questioned the price. Even if I was willing to pay the price....would not stay here.
