Room was clean but slightly dated. Shower was GREAT and very relaxing. The decorative fireplace didn't put out hardly any heat but is more for ambience. The wall unit provided all of the heat for the room. Jacuzzi was large and comfortable. The TV only has antenna channels which was kind of disappointing as those available channels kind of suck. The only major complaint I had was that the room was probably in the 50s temp when we got there. We had to turn on the furnace and...
Some of the reviews share disastrous events but my experience so far has been anything but that. Amazing service, hospitality, location and everything in between!
This is nowhere close to being a 2-star but not good enough to be a 4-star. This resort doesn't have a gym or free breakfast, but really good rooms, amenities, refrigerator, microwave, and a small porch with a chair. The corridors, ceilings, floors, doors, and windows have been spotless.
