OG Pretzel and garlic cream cheese is a 4.5 out of 5 Customer service a -1 out of 5. She said hello.. that's its. No personality. I bet she could make some serious tips if she actually showed some enthusiasm when a customer walks in. Kinda ruins the whole experience of the place.
Good pretzels. The salt is baked into the original, which is perfection. I was disappointed that there isn’t self-serve water - come on, pretzels are salty! No restrooms. Very small space. No indoor dining.
Even though we asked for it, we were not given condiments (mustard, ketchup) or napkins.
Parking can be tough and is metered. I really like this area though and would enjoy walking with my pretzel, or having a snack in the middle of downtown...

Just had two pretzel frankfurters from the Traverse City location and they were great. I was thrilled to find out that the dough is nondairy, and I was able to order them without the butter topping. Perfect ratio of pretzel to hot dog, delicious, and a safe meal choice! Excellent, convenient find for me. I’ll definitely be back!
