It was 10 minutes past their posted closing time, maybe a little longer. My family and I were walking past, pointing and drooling over the idea of a soft pretzel but not thinking of it too much since they were closed. Then an employee opens the door and so kindly tells us they haven’t closed their tills yet and can get us a pretzel if we’d like one. I was gifted a soft pretzel I let sit for hours before eating, by the time I got around to eating it I was expecting it to be really bad...it was AMAZING! I thought if it's this good now how good are the fresh ones? I had to find out! I went to union st. and discovered that fresh it was the best soft pretzel I've had in my life! The storefront is very small so if it's busy it might be tight quarters but it was clean, menu items clearly posted, staff was delightful!...
OG Pretzel and garlic cream cheese is a 4.5 out of 5 Customer service a -1 out of 5. She said hello.. that's its. No personality. I bet she could make some serious tips if she actually showed some enthusiasm when a customer walks in. Kinda ruins the whole experience of the place.
