We both short rib, absolutely phenomenal. It came with these really good brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes And this really yummy sauce. We were pretty letdown with the ambience, it felt like a diner or breakfast place, so don’t expect to have a fancy experience or to dress up.
Outstanding lunch! The homemade broccoli/asparagus bisque was DELICIOUS. Ordered the pita platter with hummus, melted swiss and salsa….WHOA! Do not miss this. Salads were fresh and tasty.

We love the food at Poppycocks and we try to stop by anytime we are in Traverse City. Getting a reservation can be tough at busy times, so try to call in advance. The food is on the pricey side, but the atmosphere and creative dishes make for a great date night. As, a vegetarian, they have a few solid entrees that I can choose from ranging from mild to spicy.
