I am not sure how anyone could give this bakery anything less than 5 stars. I stopped in around 11:00 on a Saturday and the case was filled with delicious looking treats. The employee was so kind and patient while I decided on my order. I got a box full of deliciousness, loaf of fresh bread, three dog treats and a perfect cup of coffee for a mere $18! Unheard of in 2026. I will make sure to come here every time I am in TC!
My husband and I are visiting Traverse City this weekend and I’m so glad we came across this bakery. Everything we tried was so delicious! I was so blown away by the beautiful artistry on the cookies. The employees were so kind and welcoming, we can’t wait to come back and try more goodies!
Every single person who works here is amazing. I visit Potter's every week. I use their treats to build relationships within my profession. They are so beloved within the community, it's always a hit. Thanks guys :) You get a consistent product and the most kind service. The manager, Carlie and all the cashiers are top notch, the absolute best, they feel like friends. Locals know, but if you're visiting- must stop!
