Absolutely wonderful!! I bought a box with a bit of everything and it exceeded my expectations by FAR! Friendly staff! Beautiful EVERYTHING!! The biggest croissants I’ve ever seen!! I was sent to the bakery by a lovely lady I encountered at another shop nearby! They didn’t have what I was looking for but Potters had such a variety I could have eaten one of everything!! I will be back every time I’m in Traverse City and also when I can sneak away to make the drive! I cannot...

My beautiful Wife was at work and said that she was craving a "brownie"... So it shall be, my Loving Queen! I drove into TC and stopped at Potter's Bakery. They had an assortment of freshly baked donuts, cakes, pastries, and even a gorgeous, soft, fresh baked brownie! No mass-produced garbage for my Woman! I took it to her, and she was SO happy that it was a "real one," as she called it. Brownie points obtained (pun intended).

My parents are locals, but elderly and homebound. They are big fans of fritters and had wanted some but they were always out and unable to to purchase them. So while in Traverse City visiting my parents, we attempted to call to asked a simple yes or no question of whether they had cherry or apple fritters available before driving downtown Traverse. The first day we called 2 times. Both times a woman answered and immediately said "I'm sorry could you please hold"...
