The shredded pork was good but very small portion and all the food looked like it hadn't been stired in hours. Employees were nice but the restaurant was very dirty. Trash, ice, and soda on the floor. Tables were dirty, too.

I come here whenever I want a flavorful meal. There is usually a wait to order but it's worth it. I usually get the burrito and I've never had a bad one yet. The food is so good and worth the price and now they have specials. It's a nice place to go for lunch or dinner. It's really worth the hassle to get there.

I had some next level service from a young man named JJ today. JJ was wrapping burritos and working on the line and running the register and teaching a new employee how things work. I always get a really big burrito that needs to be double wrapped and JJ did a superb job. That young man pays attention to detail and sells quality. Give that young man a raise and a promotion! He’s definitely going places in this world!

My sister spoke with a hostile gentleman about an hour ago. She ordered a bowl and it was half filled with mostly lettuce. She called to ask for a refund and this man was immediately rude. Doordash was kind enough to refund her, even though it was qudobas negligence. She placed another order with the refund from door dash and this bowl had less than the first one. After another call to the establishment, this man’s response was “I don’t care. Leave a bad review. Bye.” I am appalled and disgusted by this situation. As someone who works in the food service industry, I would never treat a paying customer this way. He was unapologetic and rude off the bat. If I could leave zero stars I would.

The last few times I have come into this restaurant I have found a large and very obvious amount of black mold in the ice dispenser in the soda machine-disgusting. Which leads me to believe that machine is never taken apart and cleaned properly. The nozzles that dispense the soda are probably full of black mold as well as they obviously do not pay any attention to it. Also, The iced tea containers and portion at the top where it’s brewed are caked in dust. Do not get a fountain drink from Qdoba unless you want to get sick. This is disgusting

Good fast food for a good price and halfway healthy for you. We did have to wait for a veggies to be cooked.

They consistently gets orders incorrect. I've held off the last few times I went, thinking it was just bad luck, but today I ordered a 3 taco meal and received a single taco, not noticing until I got home. The other items I ordered were made with very little meat, including the single taco. Very disappointing.
