Rare Bird Brewpub Reviews
Had great service tonight. Waiter gave my indecisive wife multiple samples. We split the lamb burger and banh mi. The lamb burger is excellent, the bahn mi’s sodium content was off the charts and super gross. They can’t all be zingers! Still love this place, check it out!
food was on point, service is 1 star.
Positives - food & decor
Negatives - service which is non-existent, for the price you should get more, the hostess just says here is your menu, your table is over there. No signage that says you're on your own the minute you walk thru the door.
Lesson - 85% recommend means, not worth trying.
Cannot say enough good things about Rare Bird. The beer selection is great, and they even have an impressive NA selection, too!! Burgers, black bean burgers, impossible burgers. This place has it all. And our kids are EVERYTHING.
Thanks for a great dinner while we visited TC.

Rare Bird Brewpub offers a friendly and inviting atmosphere with a nicely decorated space and low lighting. The menu features delicious options like the banh mi chicken sandwich with fries and the blackened mahi tacos with chips and salsa, both praised for their fresh and flavorful ingredients. Customers also enjoy dishes such as the Harvest Turkey Sammie, which includes shaved turkey, beet and red onion jam, havarti, arugula, and garlic mayo on toasted ciabatta. The brewpub serves an extensive selection of beers, including gluten-reduced craft options, and has an impressive variety of non-alcoholic drinks. The atmosphere is industrial with stories about the handcrafted tables and the owners' passion for brewing. The space is large and lively, often bustling with activity, making it a fun and welcoming place. The fries are hearty and enough for sharing, and the beer options, like Kushy Punch IPA, are highly praised for their citrus and hoppy flavor. Customers have noted excellent service from staff members who are attentive and helpful, providing tasters and explaining selections well. While parking can be a bit challenging, the overall experience is enjoyable. Some visitors mentioned the chef makes delicious meals, and the vibe can feel like a bar, which adds to its lively charm. Despite a desire for a dedicated gluten-free fryer, many guests appreciate the attention to detail and the friendly environment, making Rare Bird Brewpub a top choice for good food, drinks, and a lively, friendly atmosphere.
