Very casual, dog friendly, awsome food and beer. We had the pub burgers and the smoke trout dip, absolutely fabulous and super afordable compared with other places around downtown.
My husband and I came here for the first time. You are given menus and place your order at the bar, We first sat outdoor then moved indoors. We shared the hummus board and the fish tacos. Everything was very good. While indoor, a large family came in with a party of 15. The kids were running around and parents did nothing so we went outside. If you sit in the booths, than you get a server.
Rare Bird is hands down our favorite brewery in Traverse City and a must-visit every time we're in town. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by a welcoming, laid-back atmosphere that perfectly captures the spirit of Northern Michigan.
The beer lineup is outstanding, with something for every palate, from crisp, refreshing lagers to creative seasonal brews and bold IPAs. Every pint is crafted with care, and we've never had a bad pour.
