This restaurant is a fabulous find! I’ve enjoyed some of the best sushi, found in the finest restaurants, around the world and now… in Travers City. Chef/Owner Jordan does not disappoint! One word sums up the experience -GO! 🍣

I was really excited to eat here after reading the reviews and from what I’d heard from others, so maybe my expectations were too high or I just hit them on a bad night. I had the sea bass. Most expensive thing on the menu. It was over done and very salty and over seasoned - couldn’t taste the fish. It was served with a cucumber salad that was also over salted - just way to much - and plain rice. Very disappointing. My dining companion had the scallop special. It was very good with the scallops cooked perfectly. Wish I’d gotten that. Service was excellent, otherwise a very good experience. Try it but recommend you avoid the sea bass entree.

3’s across the board. Small dishes for a high price. If the sushi was higher quality I would not complain. The rainbow roll was dry, and I had to saturate it with soy sauce for it to be palatable. Three out of four of us had digestive issues after our meal. I find this restaurant overrated. There is much better sushi out there but when in Traverse City you get what you get.

We LOVE it here. It's our favorite restaurant in Traverse City. The food is phenomenal no matter what you order... but you HAVE to get the Chinese ribs appetizer because they're melt in your mouth on the inside and perfectly crispy on the outside. So flavorful. The bao buns also hit every time. The sushi is amazing. We always wish we ordered more when it's gone. The thai curry and lobster fried rice have so much flavor. They both exceeded our expectations. Nothing here is boring or bland. Trust me, you will be groaning after every bite! The service is also impeccable. The wait staff is great with suggestions, and they even pace out your courses. It's a great experience, and we always leave stuffed and happy!
