I was really excited to eat here after reading the reviews and from what I’d heard from others, so maybe my expectations were too high or I just hit them on a bad night. I had the sea bass. Most expensive thing on the menu. It was over done and very salty and over seasoned - couldn’t taste the fish. 3’s across the board. Small dishes for a high price. If the sushi was higher quality I would not complain. The rainbow roll was dry, and I had to saturate it with soy sauce for it to be palatable. Three out of four of us had digestive issues after our meal. I find this restaurant overrated. There is much better sushi out there but when in Traverse City you get what you get.
