Red Ginger was outstanding. The food was fresh and flavorful, service was friendly and fast, and the whole place has a warm, inviting vibe. Everything we ordered was delicious, and the staff made us feel really welcome. Highly recommend.
Make reservations! We didn't make any so waited 1.5 hours (they will text you so we walked around, shopped and had drinks at a bar). So worth the wait!!
Food: Vietnamese Shaking Beef, and both specials (crab rangoon, crab and tuna sushi roll) - all absolutely delicious!
You can tell the staff were very organized, had ear pieces in to communicate, nicely dressed. This team has their shit together. Was nice to see!

At one of them (our 50th I think) four young, currently active members of our armed forces sitting at an adjacent table paid for our meal! (WE should have been buying THEIR meal!!)
The food happens to be very good too!
