We went to Red Lobster for a regular meal. What we got was a whole experience. Our server was Bert and he was excellent, making sure we had everything we needed the entire time. Denny was the manger on staff, he was also very helpful.. even letting our daughter hold a lobster. It was her first time trying crab and the whole meal was amazing! Thanks for helping make her first experience a great one!
From the time we walked in the manager Denny was very inviting and created a welcoming environment. We told him we were celebrating the fact that my wife ( who had a shoulder replacement) was able to use her arm again. Then the server Sarah took over and made us feel like old friends and again very welcomed. The meal was very good and met all we were expecting. Food was amazing but server didn't say hi until like 15 minutes later. Then took her. Didn't give us some items until later. Then charged us for the wrong bill and rolled her eyes when my family asked for the right one. But atmosphere was good
