This restaurant was a good choice to eat in TC. The food was very, and seafood dish (forgot the exact name) was very good and the broth was to die for. Too bad there wasn't more bread to dip. The waygu beef tips were excellent also. The service was gand attentive. It was a bit dark but managed to read the menus
While the service was slow and lackluster, the food was absolutely incredible. The pork belly wontons, the pear salad and the vodka rigatoni were delicious, would definitely go back.
This place is a hidden gem in Traverse! There are two great restaurants next to one another and you can order off of either menu if you’re sitting on the Slate side. We got a cozy table in the back corner for 6 people- all of which had been prior and strongly recommended the spot.
