First breakfast at Sparky's Diner. Clean and well-maintained, it has an old-school diner feel with an interesting Hispanic twist. Fast and friendly service with a smile. Biscuits and gravy were on par. A bit disappointing that the corned beef hash was canned; however, it was cooked with a crispy crust. Poached eggs were not available, and the basted option was adequate. I will possibly stop back for a taste of the Hispanic options. Prices were very reasonable for the area.

The menu has many options to choose from. They offer great specials each day.

Really quite good! Had the chicken sandwich and the chicken was tender and delicious, which is surprisingly hard to find these days. Fries were very good as well, nicely crispy.

Wife had the Torta with chicken and said it was fantastic!

I don't know the genesis of this combination of restaurants/cuisines but it works! If we lived here, we'd be back often.
