I wanted to order a coffee and online it said that this location was open until 7 pm. I came at 6:30 and I seen the worker hiding in the back. He seen my fiancé and I for 3 minutes and didn’t help us. He was avoiding taking our order and it wasn’t 7 pm yet. We walked away horrible service

I’ve stopped here three times now around 7:30am and only got coffee once because no one is working- even though the hours say they open at 6 am. I understand that employees may not show up, but I’m done trying. Hard to rate if you can’t order anything.

Staff doesn’t appear to be trained well or know what they are doing. Ordered a flat white, it was about 50% foam in the cup… so cup was only about half full of coffee. Upon drinking it, it tasted like they only put the half and half in it and they completely forgot to put any coffee in it.

This meijer starbucks location ruined my day. I am so sick and tired of coming to this location and always seeing the employees screwing off or giggling to themselves and not paying attention to the orders that they are doing. Morgan B was INCREDIBLY off-putting. They had also forgotten our cake pop and we had to interrupt the group of girls talking to get our complete order. This is super unfortunate because we shop at this meijer specifically to get coffee. Won’t be back!!

I went in this morning to grab a coffee and a croissant. First I asked if I could use my stars to get my croissant free. I was told the stars are not working. I said okay I'll get it anyway and proceeded to pay with my phone using the starbucks app only to be told that doesn't work at that location. Pretty disappointing that they redid the location and it can't do any of the starbucks things.
Got a bacon egg sandwich here and what I received was the thinnest piece of meat I've ever seen. Just one more greedy deadbeat company raising prices and shrinking the product
