I went to this Starbucks on 5/28/25 around 2pm, and the barista I had was so kind and funny. I’m not sure what her name is, she had lots of fun arm tattoos. Just wanted to shout her out because she was so kind and introduced me to putting cold foam on an iced chai latte, it’s amazing!!

Great place to get coffee, but the staff is even better. This is the only starbucks my wife and I use in traverse because of the staff. They are super friendly, even when they may be having a rough day. For example, the lobby was closed due to a staff shortage because of the weather, but they were still doing drive-thru. The problem is that my work vehicle is too tall to fit in the drive-thru. I stood outside the lobby door, reading the sign, wondering what to do when one of the employees opened the door. I explained my dilemma and she told me no problem and let me in. She politely took my order with a smile amidst all the chaos of the drive-thru orders and other employees diligently working behind her.

By far the slowest experience I've ever had at Starbucks. I waited 30 min for a simple coffee. I was almost about to skip it & ask for my money back. We have a busy location at home & 10 min max. No, thank you for your patience. Nothing. Coffee also tasted weird. Not the coffee I'm used to for
