Starbucks offers a welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff, who consistently provide exceptional customer service. Employees are known for their patience and kindness, making every visit pleasant. While the store delivers a great experience, there may be times when issues arise, such as running out of oat milk. On a recent visit, a customer noted that the service was busy, which impacted the quality of their drink as it was made with water instead of milk. Despite this, many agree that it serves probably the best coffee in town and remains consistent. However, there was a complaint about an upcharge for a cinnamon/nutmeg topping that was barely noticeable. Yet, the overall service continues to impress, with staff members making a positive impact by complimenting customers and brightening their day.
