I travel often for work and visit Starbucks locations all over, so I’ve experienced the full range of service. This location is truly outstanding. The baristas are always in a great mood, consistently kind, and make every customer feel welcome. This is my local spot, and I often sit here for hours to work, and no matter how busy it gets or how difficult the customer, the team maintains excellent service and a positive atmosphere. I was having a pretty rough day because my flight got cancelled and I needed a place to hang out for a few hours. The staff was incredibly accommodating and very friendly. I've been to many Starbucks across the country and this was the best experience I've had of all of them. If I want coffee the next time I'm in Traverse City, I will be coming back to this store.
Let me start off by saying that all of the employees here are great. But I want to single out Zach here. What an amazing human being!! He always sounds happy over the headset when taking my order. I always get a bright smile and he asks how im doing. You can tell that he is just a happy person. That can make all the difference when its early in the morning! Get more employees like Zach!!
