I told them it was my dog's last day Earthside and asked for the best pupcup possible. They definitely delivered for my buddy, gave comforting words to me, and gave us a banana loaf slice on the house (which he thoroughly devoured after not wanting much for days). Truly a touching moment for me and made us both feel better.
I travel often for work and visit Starbucks locations all over, so I’ve experienced the full range of service. This location is truly outstanding. The baristas are always in a great mood, consistently kind, and make every customer feel welcome. This is my local spot, and I often sit here for hours to work, and no matter how busy it gets or how difficult the customer, the team maintains excellent service and a positive atmosphere. I was having a pretty rough day because my flight got cancelled and I needed a place to hang out for a few hours. The staff was incredibly accommodating and very friendly. I've been to many Starbucks across the country and this was the best experience I've had of all of them. If I want coffee the next time I'm in Traverse City, I will be coming back to this store.
