The one on Munson Avenue also never allows you to order subs. What is going on with subways? And why can't we ever order any sub?

I do enjoy Subway. PUT UP A SIGN SAYING YOUR DRIVE THRU DOESNT WORK RATHER THEN PISSING PEOPLE OFF! I do think they do a decent job however not recognizing that there are people in your drive-through waiting is a big no-no. Why have the drive-through in the first place? It’s worked great in the past so I don’t know what the problem is they do not recognize that you are there. You could sit there all day and they’re not going to say hello. Place is never that busy they could probably use the extra business so recognizing people are in your drive-through would be a really huge step in the right direction for you guys. They also charge more than the prices on the menu. I got a Black Forest ham footlong and they charged me almost $17

Ordered online said they never got an order and now im out 16 bucks they took my money and provided no customer service to help fix the situation. Garbage and no number to contact anyone about getting my money back..
Waiting in the drive thru for them not to answer. Decided to park and go inside. I should have turned around and walked out at the end because he wanted to double charge me for the sub I got which was steak and cheese all because I put almost the same veggies on the whole sub except on 1/2 I got pickles and the other half ban pepper because I was splitting the sub with my brother for lunch and he argued with me about. The subways in this town have no clue what they are doing anymore and they might as well close them all. They are rude and just do what they want. Rather not serve customers. I'd rather give them a negative 5
My wife wanted subway searched one up with a drive thru so I came to this one. Came up to the speaker waited a bit said hello 4 times then decided to call the sub store I think the phone was out or something so I called the shells to see if I can get someone thru the speaker, the cashier from shells walked all the way to the back to let me know they don't have working headphones. So I had to get off and ordered, hopefully they get that fixed ?

waited at the drive-through for five minutes with no greeting from any worker. Drove by and looked inside the drive-through window and woman was standing there, and she looked at me & turned away. I Just drove away it wasn’t even worth it. I’m sure if I stopped in the Customer Service would be the same based off what the rumors around town are about this places service.

I went to the drive thru here and sat for at least 10minutes. I called to tell them I was there and the guy hung up! So I drove to the window and he shouted from the other end, not coming to service me and turned around. I had two babies in the car with me who were sleeping and I couldn't take them in to order. Needless to say, I will never waste my time here again. Went to jimmy johns and got super fast service to my car for an even better price.

I really wanted a footlong cookie. After all, it's all over the news and apparently is the new hotness. I didn't get one, because there weren't any. I was told there was a national shortage and nobody could get them. I decided to settle for a footlong pretzel. Not my first choice, but still interesting. I was not informed until I was taking my food away that there is no cheese. Because apparently they didn't get cheese to go with the pretzels. Even though they're supposed to come with cheese. So now I have a footlong pretzel with nothing to dip it into. The sandwich is great. They always are. And it was $13 so if it wasn't great I would be pissed right now. Because for that amount of money I really just want a strong drink with whatever I'm eating
Parking: I mean. It's a gas station. So parked at the gas station.

Maybe don't advertise that there's curbside delivery available if there isn't. I ordered through the app and chose curbside, though when I got there, the app said my food was done. After 10 minutes I called the store to see if they could run my food out as I had two toddlers in the car and they said they aren't allowed to. Good thing there was a drive through. I get that they may have been too busy, but it doesn't look good on the business to advertise curbside delivery when you're "not allowed to" bring the food out to the car. Why even have it as an option online if you can't do it?
