Gabe and his fantastic crew catered our rustic modern summer wedding and we could not be more pleased with that aspect of our day. The whole process from developing the unique menu, tastings, figuring out logistics, and the day of was a fun and exciting experience. The emphasis on seasonal and local ingredients is important to Gabe and it shows in the high quality of the food. Our guests were raving and I am so glad the experience stuck with them.

Gabe catered our wedding 9/2023 and exceeded all our expectations! He worked with us more than anyone else we contacted and created a custom plan that was absolutely delicious! Everyone was talking about how wonderful the food was! Would recommend to anyone looking for a caterer.
