Gabe catered our wedding in August 2025, and did an exceptional job. We were looking for an upscale, farm-to-table meal reflective of northern Michigan classics. Most caterers in the area were not able to accommodate 150+ guests. Gabe and his staff catered our wedding in Traverse City this past July. His food was a huge hit. I had multiple guests tell me how delicious the dinner and appetizers were. We had a number of requests that he accommodated without hesitation and was generally a very easy and pleasant person to work with. I would highly consider his services when planning a catered event in the Traverse City area.
We had Gabe come to our home to cook a 6 course Indian meal for our family. Every course was outstanding. My husband and I are foodies and love fine food. I can honestly say that Gabe's food rivals many of the high end restaurants we've eaten at in Boston or Chicago.
