“This is clearly food made by people who know and love good food.Everything we tried - stir fried cabbage, Szechuan chicken, cucumbers, cold noodles, Mapo tofu - was so fresh and full of flavor. We’re from Houston + Los Angeles and have been spoiled for awesome regional Chinese cuisine, and would put Crocodile Palace up against some of our favorite spots.Loaded with well-balanced spice / heat and prepared in a way that lets the ingredients shine through (not over cooked, not greasy).It’s takeout only, and that’s my only qualm! I’d love to hang out here because anyone making food this good would create an awesome vibe. Going back as soon as I can, and glad we ordered enough for leftovers.“
