your standard neighborhood taco bell, located in the Grand Traverse Mall food court. always busy but always timely with food delivery and never a long wait. for taco bell standards, it checks all the boxes of what you can expect visiting this establishment.
First time in the 2 years since I moved here that this place was FILTHY! Spiders, spills, dirty floors tables & the kitchen workers were throwing food on the floor when they made something wrong. What happened to getting a trash can in the kitchen & an employee to clean the dining area?

Worst service I have ever experienced. Did not make our quesadilla as they are supposed to be made. Did not mix our slushees properly. And had a very disrespect attitude when I was ordering. \ Never again at this location.
