Neither of my quesadillas were cut. My cinnamon twists were just twists because there was no cinnamon on them. The mt dew tasted off and my taco looked like it was thrown out of the bag and not wrapped properly because all of my cheese was in the bottom of the bag. Also one of the quesadillas was missing quite a bit of filling

Beware paying cash, they are the only store in the mall that has NO CHANGE WHATSOEVER. My $7.19 meal cost $8.00. They have been claiming this for months. Round down instead of gouging people. Go to the banking get change or I'm out!

I arrived at 650 to pick up a mobile order. Employees were just standing around talking. He then approached and said we are closed. I said you close at 7 and he proceeds to tell me they ran out of food. This is not the first time this has happened. I said how do I get in touch with your manager. He said I am the manager at this location. I thought no name tag, hat backwards, shirt untucked/ sloppy. Real management material. I asked again how do I talk with your boss. He said I cannot give you his information. I said ok I will get it myself. Rude, unprofessional and I will not ever return to this taco bell. Employees are desperately needed and that's the only way I'm comprehending that individual is a manager unless he was lying. Do better tacobell train your employees and for God sakes tuck their shirts in.

The third time in a row they have messed up my order...this time i asked for chipotle sauce on my crunch wrap and theytold me they were out of nacho cheese sauce.. i then got my order and there was nacho sauce on it but no chipotle and they still charged me for it and they also charge me for a potato substitute for meat !and a broken machine

workers probably on drugs you won't get what you asked for a so don't even bother going through the drive thru. waste of money and time. took forever and they gave me the wrong thing and no sauces. very disappointed this is not the first time.

The Taco Bell at the mall is rude, can never get orders right. When calling they hang up on you and when asked for a Mgr it's like having teeth pulled. Bought 2 drinks to try and win an Xbox, one was aready validated and the other didnt even have a code on the cup. When asked for another cup with a code was told had to buy it.

They literally PLAYED with my food while I watched them make it and moved as slowly as possible. They took breaks in between my two bean burritos, stopping and chatting. After they finally gathered my two burritos and small nachos, they held my bag of food away from me and talked some more. It took around 12-15 minutes for me to get my small order. There were no other people in line ahead of me. Hopefully the mall eventually puts something more worth while there. Or Taco Bell re-trains all of their employees at that location.

Worst service I have ever experienced. Did not make our quesadilla as they are supposed to be made. Did not mix our slushees properly. And had a very disrespect attitude when I was ordering. \ Never again at this location.
