“Pleasantly surprised!
I must say this was the best Taco Bell experience ive ever had in TC. We dined in today as a special treat for my daughter who loves her soft tacos and we actually stayed a while.
Restaurant was fairly clean for a Taco Bell, bathroom could use some work but wasnt nasty. The music was great and the staff were focused on their work. They even prepared an off menu item for my husband who literally hates Taco Bell but was super happy with his meal, as was my daughter and I. Everything was hot, fresh, and plentiful with the toppings/sauces.
Couldn't be more happy.
Just giving credit where its due, give the staff a raise.“
“We came to this location at 11:15ish PM on June 28th and it was busy. This was a group of 7 that I was apart of and there were two other groups that showed up at the same time and they got slammed with DoorDash orders too. The workers were so busy but were being so nice, accommodating and trying their hardest to make this experience the best Taco Bell experience ever, I’m from NY and have been to many Taco Bell’s so don’t take this review lightly. I really appreciate the workers there tonight, so much so, that I went back up to the counter to ask them their names just so I could name drop them here. The workers tonight were Heather, Joy, Jay, Doug and Aaron. They all need raises for the excellent job they did making our food and being so amazing. The food was great and everything my group ordered was perfect, the service was fantastic and overall this was probably the best Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. Please please please praise this group of workers and give them a much needed raise!“
“It is remarkable how quickly the drive-through becomes congested and the lobby fills up. One of the newer employees, I believe his name is Matt, consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that all customers are comfortable and well taken care of, fully aware that there may be a wait.“
