I loved the cozy cabanas and would definitely do it again. The service and food were excellent. I do wish they had more options but everything was great! It was warm in the cabana and pool. They had everything you could need. The cabana was super cozy and well decorated.
There were 25 adults in the pool who were heavily drinking and yelling swear words constantly. Even in Ty cabana we had to play music so that our child wouldn't hear what was being yelled. It was completely inappropriate for families. We talked to our waiter and the guests continued to be served. This had the potential for being an incredible experience because so many thoughtful details were offered, but it was impossible to comfortable and enjoy.
Cabanas could be a little warmer inside but it was also very windy and snowy during our visit! The door kept blowing open- had to shove a towel under the door to keep it closed. The battery powered candles didn't work, which would have been a nice addition to the ambience. Service was good and they even brought us a speaker so we could play music inside the cabana!
