We stopped into Identity Brewing Company after the Cherry Festival. The beers were good and the food was excellent. I had the cuban biscuit sandwich. It had great flavors and was a good spin on the cuban sandwiches I have had in the past. My husband had the chicken shawarma tacos. He said the only thing he would change about them is to order more.
As a traveler from Beer City USA (Grand Rapids) I was thrilled to visit Identity brewing! Kathleen made us feel like locals and chef Corey had some top notch wing sauces. Keep an eye of for some lime ranch ;)
Got the shawarma. The flavors were decent. The garlic sauce AKA toum tasted more like vinegar than garlic. The pita fell apart. The chicken tasted of tuna or like it was canned chicken which I’m not a huge fan of. The chips were good, and the redbull is overpriced.
