Way way way overpriced. $42 for a smoked turkey breast. I dont think so.

First of all the service was spectacular! The man was friendly and shared his knowledge with us to help us choose the best ham for our needs.We moved from the Phoenix area to Michigan 4 years ago. We bought honey baked hams for holidays and for our employees every year. Moving to Gaylord, we missed that tradition, until now. We just recently learned about this place. Woot!The flavor of our honey baked ham was delicious!We will return, see you next time!

Love the food and the place. Nothing bad to say about the help. But I went there with a $9.00 coupon and ordered a meal and it was over $16.00. Plus the cookie is no longer part of that. I'm officially done. You can't keep using inflation as an excuse. It's tiresome. Good knowing you.

Stop here for fresh boxed sandwich meals everytime we are in town. The whole family enjoys this place tremendously.

Purchase at least 2 hams per yr always have it delivered. This past Christmas we did a TC pick up. Worst ham EVER! Completely black with honey coating burnt off, pic is right out of the packaging! The co. says it has to be taken up with the TC store and corporate sent them a message regarding my complaint never heard anything…will never go back and didn’t order from Honey Baked Ham for Easter!

I really don't understand why it is so difficult to follow a customers request. I waited a half hour for a co worker to go get our lunches for us, she got back and they had made my sandwich with Mayonnaise which we specifically asked them twice not to do. I am now throwing my lunch in the trash and will have to go without lunch today. Thanks a lot!!

Absolutely insane how expensive this place has gotten. Over $40 for 2 boxed lunches (added bacon to 1 sandwich), a tiny cup (3 oz) of potato salad and 2 cookies that are NOT included in the box lunches anymore.

Don't understand when you order a ham for someone and ask who is gonna pick it up and they put it in my name.real nice seeing is I don't live in town and you give the person the ham was for a hard time because your people don't do there JOB!!so I guess I will start buying 2 hams a year from a different company.thanks honey bake for saving me money in the long run.maybe you will give a little better training to your employees

I really enjoy the food but I unfortunately will never buy a family meal again from here, I used to always get the 4 person dinner. 2lbs of meat and 2 sides. Now for some reason I'm paying more for the 4 person dinner now with only 1 side. I understand inflation but don't charge me more and take away from what is supposed to be a 4 person meal. Not a good feeling at all.
