What a cute and great bakery in TC! It’s really difficult to find vegan options when traveling so this is really great to have available. We had two iced lattes, two vegan breakfast sandwiches, and two pastries (blueberry muffin and scone). I will say the bagel gets very soggy and falls apart, so it’s not the best tasting (a bit too dry). The pastries however were amazing! Absolutely loved how they tasted and coffee was great too. I’ve loved this bakery for years! It’s truly a gem. It’s definitely a TC staple for vegans and gluten free individuals alike.
