This is a great family owned and operated business. Its good for dates, a sweet treat, or a place to take your kids. If I ever find myself near Traverse City I'm stopping here again.

Awesome place for ice cream ? and Prices were Awesome as well ? Aubrey and Paige were Super Friendly and did a great job with our order ☺️ strawberry shortcake and Moose track creations. DEFINITELY a "MUST"

Very, very disappointed in the service and food we received this evening. It was clear the two employees could have cared less about what they were doing. As a local, there are so many family owned ice cream shops that are awesome. Unfortunately, I won't be back.

Highly recommend a large peanut butter sundae. They use real peanut butter in the peanut butter sauce. Excellent service and well worth the visit.
Kid-friendliness: Their kid sized offerings are great for the little ones in the family that have small appetites but big eyes. Very creative presentation and no one leaves disappointed. Great stop when in Traverse City.

I have been going here since I was 3 years old and it's always the same with this place. Quality and delicious ice cream, friendly employees, and good customer service. I have become a regular at this place and am always treated well. I always recommend this place to people. 5 stars for sure.
Parking: There is parking all around the building. Most of the spots are very faint as the paint has begun to fade and they have not redone it in years.
Kid-friendliness: There is a children's table and play area in the right side of the building. There is also a mural on the right wall that would be appealing to children, but is unsettling and low quality to most adults.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp that leads to the front door on the back right side of the building.

The ice cream is great, my favorite in town :) but if the staff want to talk about customers while they’re eating in the store they should try to be more mindful about how loud they’re talking… we chose to leave the building because we felt a bit uncomfortable..

Great classic vanilla malts!
The atmosphere is a trip of its own but I like it anyways claw machine is nice but I didn’t win anything... I’m supposed to be a winner… but my boyfriend and I were wondering why the relish is so green like hello look at how green it is!!! OmgThis doesn’t take away from how tasty yummy delicious my Chicago dog and vanilla chocolate twist were… Thank you Frosty Treat friends ? Hotdogs 2024!!!!!
