I gave them a 5 because one issue does not require a bashing. Wares has always done well for me before. I go there once a week during the spring, summer and fall. Employees are mostly young ang very polite. I had ordered a Boston Cooler. Actually 2. Take out. I started drinking one as I was driving away and I noticed that it was mostly Vernor's. My wife said the same. It was most like drinking a soda. I'm not sure if that is what they are doing now but it's unacceptable....
Cute ice cream shop with a play area for kids! This is a great place to kill some time before/ after a flight since it's just minutes away from the airport. The chocolate soft serve was good and my daughter liked the mint cookie hard ice cream. I'd go again!
This is a great family owned and operated business. Its good for dates, a sweet treat, or a place to take your kids. If I ever find myself near Traverse City I'm stopping here again.
