Night and day difference between the other Wendy’s in town. I won’t go to the other one anymore, but the manager and crew at this one really nail the customer service and quality. Hot food, friendly service, and I definitely recommend based on my experience there.

"Good Food, But a Frustrating Experience with the Kids Meal"
The food at Wendy’s was great for the most part, and the staff taking orders seemed to know what they were doing. I ordered a basic kids meal for my 2-year-old, who is very picky. I specifically asked multiple times if the meal came with just ketchup, as that’s all he will eat. They assured me that it does, so I trusted them.
Unfortunately, when I got all the way back to the hotel, the meal had mustard, pickles—everything my son wouldn’t eat. So, instead of him enjoying his meal, I ended up having to eat it. While the food was good, it was frustrating because my son didn’t get to eat anything, and I had to spend more money elsewhere to buy him a meal.
I’m sure this could have been fixed if I drove all the way back to have them correct it, but that was too much of an inconvenience. Overall, the food and service were decent, but this mistake added a lot of frustration to what could’ve been a simple meal.

So my pretty lady got a spicy chicken sandwich from Wendy's and it was so bad she had to spit it out. I'm seriously mad about this because she was looking forward to it and it was just gross. It's really disappointing when you expect good food and get something that's not even edible. It honestly hurts my feelings. I hate you tbh.
