Be prepared to sit in line for many minutes when they bother to open. Multiple times in the past few months they are just closed during normal hours with no signs to let you know all why doing something inside. Food, if you can get it, is fine.

I had one or two rough experiences where there was a disagreement regarding a coupon. I took a break and then came back and they made it right. Addison and Dusten made it right and I feel way better. Thanks Addison and Dusten! I’ll be back more often, especially on Tuesdays for BOGO chili!

tried to order a Biggie Bag at the Kiosk. Would only allow Customization of the nuggets (for sauce), could not get to the sandwich. Terrible ordering system so walked out. Have only had good drive thru experiences but if you don't want it like it comes don't go inside.

I want to say how amazing the staff here is compared to every other fast food place in town. They are friendly and welcoming. The manager, Addison, was a true leader. He keeps the staff positive and makes every guest smile. I deliver through door dash and have worked in the industry for 10+ years & have been to almost every place in town and he is by far the very best. Kudos to you and your team Addison!

this is a great wendy’s location but every time i say thank you they say “my honor” and at first i thought this was like a new wendy’s policy, like chick-fil-a saying “my pleasure” but ive started to notice it’s only this specific wendy’s that does this?? and its nice and all but kinda strange bc ive never in my life had someone respond with “my honor” to anything, it feels like im in the 1800s every time i get chicken nuggets. also as a food service worker if my boss wanted me to say that id probably be annoyed LOL but its a nice gesture!

Bless my mom's heart, she was a bit of a boomer when it came to ordering online so I opted to order in the drive through on her behalf. Unfortunately this meant I was making a rather large order without any heads up to the staff and I didn't 100% know what I was looking for because the deal my mom was interested in had expired.
Thankfully the gentleman at the helm was SO patient and knowledgeable and helped me determine what the next best option was and after not too long of a wait I was on my way with breakfast. And it was delicious.
Hats off to the breakfast crew at Wendys on Division!
