Little Caesars Reviews
Always a 30 minute wait for hot n ready. Then when you get it, it's not even cooked. Terrible Terrible.
Not only was the service slow and this store remarkably understaffed, but the guy at the counter (Ben, I think his name was) was EXTREMELY rude to every customer that came through the door and had a smartass comment to say to everyone. We get it, your McJob sucks. But that doesn’t mean to be a self righteous dick to everyone. Nobody cares that you’re swamped and nobody cares about your sob story about “We’re swamped, but clearly customers just don’t get that.” No professionalism....read full review
I have been a repeat customer for decades and after my experience tonight I will NEVER give another cent to this company, you have lost my business forever. First I'll tell you about my second to last stop in the West Road location. I walked in looking to pick up a "hot n ready", and there was absolutely no pizzas ready with a lobby full of customers around 6pm! Little Caesars Pizza is a well-known spot for dinner on a Saturday night, offering a familiar taste that many appreciate. The pizzas look great, and everyone loves the pizzas and crazy bread. The customer service is generally good, with friendly staff, although there have been some complaints about the pizza not being cut properly. While the pizzas are delicious, some customers have found the wings to be a letdown. Parking can be challenging due to limited spots available.
This location is noted for being quicker than other nearby places and is often chosen for its affordability compared to many pizza places. However, customers have experienced long wait times, especially during busy hours. Some have reported issues with the app giving inaccurate wait times, and while the food is usually good, there have been instances of not enough parmesan on the crazy bread. Despite these challenges, Little Caesars remains a reliable option for a quick and easy meal.
