This is no longer Auntie Anne's Pretzels. This is now Ben's Soft Pretzels. The first time I ever experienced Ben's Soft Pretzels was in Shipshewana, Indiana. The quality and size of the pretzels are above and beyond Auntie Anne's pretzels. Let's just say that you get what you pay for. Auntie Anne's lemonade is delicious and refreshing however the attitudes of the people working at the Oakland mall location were not. Their attitudes were being directly influenced by the owner. He had a terrible attitude and it rubbed off on everyone around him and it was clear to see. If I'm posting on attitude alone it would be 1 start easily but taking everything into account and being fair to the product it is 3 starts overall. Pricing also helps pull the rating...
