“This is the absolute best bagel place in southeast Michigan. I drive thirty minutes just to get the best service and care for my schmear! Six cheese bagel with plain schmear is the perfect way to start my day. Been to many Einstein bros., none of them compare.“

“Stopped in today while I was in the area. Been wanting some fresh “homemade” bagels. Got my husband a sausage egg and chz bagel and he loved it. Got my self 2 bagels and cream cheese and got 2 dog bagels. Everything was good and reasonably priced. Will be stopping back by whenever I’m in the area again.“

“I have eaten here so many times I lost count. Several years ago, sandwiches were always perfect and delicious, then around or after covid, it got pretty rough, sandwiches would be missing ingredients or just kind of gross. Thankfully it seems like things started to turn around and get better again in 2024/2025. One thing though that they just dont do well is drinks - Sadly I dont think I've ever been happy with a specialty drink (one time my latte had NO coffee in it at all?? The drink was all off-white in color, another time the syrup was overpowering the drink and I could not drink it, another time is was missing syrup, etc.). Coffee is hit or miss. Sometimes its brewed well but sometimes not. I once got iced coffee that was so incredibly bitter that I didnt know coffee could even taste like that. So, while I do recommend the sandwiches, the drinks really kinda stink.“

“Visited several bagel shops while living in Michigan. Elaine’s, Einstein’s, or Tim Horton’s when I’m feeling, eeehh, whatever. Bagel Spot, delici-oh-so-incredible. Bacon, plethora cheese slices and Cream cheese (walnut honey, superb) to choose from. Definitely my go to spot, love it!“

“The food is good, not the best customer service. First time people were friendly for the most part, next time we went it was awkward and not welcoming . I'm not one to leave more detailed but it really matters( customer service) I'll even tip good!“
