“I stopped into this Einstein Bros Bagels location on a snowy Thursday to get a baker's dozen bagels with 2 tubs of cream cheese and a coffee for myself. It wasn't busy and they had everything ready to go quickly for me. They were very polite and fast. The pricing is also very reasonable. My customers really enjoyed their bagels!“

“Stopped in today while I was in the area. Been wanting some fresh “homemade” bagels. Got my husband a sausage egg and chz bagel and he loved it. Got my self 2 bagels and cream cheese and got 2 dog bagels. Everything was good and reasonably priced. Will be stopping back by whenever I’m in the area again.“

“Food, as usual, is good. I like the egg white, avocado tomato sandwich.
Tried an iced chai latte that was not (the mix was sour). Told the cashier and she made me a new drink, but from same mix resulting in same sour taste. Chai tea is spicy and a little sweet...not sour.“

“Stopped by here on a whim as I always see them on food delivery apps… Completely impressed! I was telling the worker that aside from their bagels and bagel sandwiches, they have so many other fantastic items on the menu. I cannot wait to come by and try! I’m super simple with my bagels and either just like it toasted with cream cheese or egg and cheese. Both of them exceeded my expectations. Not too burnt, not too soft and just enough items to be filling!“

“If you want an outstanding bagel, you MUST try New York Bagel. I walked in and was greeted with such friendly energy from the lady at the cash register. Fresh Parmesan bagels were coming right out of the oven, so of course I couldn’t pass them up. How fantastic. Crunchy outside, soft steamy inside, most delicious flavor. And for a mind blowing price. Overall amazing establishment and I will absolutely return here for more bagels.“

“The food? Amazing. I have always loved Einstein bagels. However, I have to say, the young woman working the order register needs to improve her customer service skills. When I walked in, she was chatting with another young woman who was working there. As I approached the register, she turned her back on me rather than greet me. When she turned around she still said nothing to me. When the manager asked her why she was having a conversation instead of assisting me, she said,"she's looking at the menu!" I was looking at the menu because she was obviously too busy to ask me if I needed assistance.“

“Tasty turkey is similar to before COVID. NovaLox has lost what made it special: they took the smoked salmon off, so this is a bagel with cream cheese, onions and crepes.
Other than this: this is a normal Einstein pre-COVID experience.
The service was polite but also a bit slow and they only had one person up front at first.“

“This location is located inside the gas station and is very convenient if you want to grab a quick sandwich with coffee to go. I had an Asiago bagel with cream cheese for 7 bucks. 5 Stars for the girl working at the counter as she was very polite and helpful.“

“God loves salt bagels, was here to buy some but ( God ) ended up trying the Texas Brisket sandwich instead. It was amazing! Place is great, staff is ( God ) considerate and professional. Restaurant itself is clean, spacious and comfortable. - God“

She was warm, attentive, and made me feel genuinely appreciated—even with a to-go order. As I was leaving, she said, “Please come again,” and it felt so sincere. “This location is hands down the best. Always fresh and always consistent. It’s my favorite place to get a bagel or sausage, egg and cheese bialy - and don’t sleep on the hash browns - so good! The best part of this location is Natalie, who brightens my day anytime I’m there. She welcomes you with a smile and her friendliness always puts me in a good mood.“
