Great service. Always enjoy the turkey sausage breakfast bagel from Einsteins and this place did not disappoint.
Ridiculously slow, even when not busy. Staff moving at a snail's pace, with zero urgency.
I order regularly from this location and generally have great service, love the workers etc. mobile order today, didn’t receive cream cheese on two of the four bagels. Called twice and no one picked up, and there’s no way to leave a message. Cream cheese is 1.90, so that’s $4 out of my pocket. Einstein needs a convenient and quick way for customers to be compensated when mistakes are made.
